Founded in 1984, Saber Manufacturing specializes in prop extensions. Since our founding, we have machined our spool extensions exclusively from test-certified 2024 T-351 aluminum, which has the necessary strength and fatigue resistance for this application. Solid spacers are machined from 2024 T-351 and 6061 T651. In addition to the standard Continental and Lycoming patterns, we have designed adapters for the Franklin engine, as well as hybrid bolt patterns, custom lengths, and have fabricated several extensions for Formula I air races.
